Course Structure and Delivery

Scheduling

  • Course schedules are subject to minimum enrollment requirements

  • Maximum class size of 12 participants to ensure personalized attention
  • Minimum enrollment requirements may apply for course commencement

Enrollment and Registration

Eligibility

Our courses are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent and supervision arrangements.

Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved payment plan arrangement. We reserve the right to reject applications if courses are full or if applicants do not meet eligibility requirements.

Payment Terms

Pricing and Fees

  • Course prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Additional fees may apply for materials, assessments, or special services
  • Group discounts and corporate rates available upon inquiry

Payment Options

Full Payment

Pay complete course fee upfront and receive a 10% discount on most courses

Installment Plans

Available payment plans with no interest charges over 3 months

Corporate Accounts

Special billing arrangements available for business customers

Payment Policies

  • Payment must be received before course commencement
  • Failed payments may result in enrollment cancellation
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
  • All payments are processed securely through approved payment processors

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

More than 14 days before course start

Full refund minus $50 AUD administrative fee

7-14 days before course start

75% refund of course fees

Less than 7 days before course start

50% refund of course fees

After course commencement

No refund available

Voltadiste Cancellations

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons:

  • Full refund of all fees paid
  • Alternative course options will be offered
  • Reasonable notice will be provided when possible
  • No liability for consequential damages or expenses

Transfer Policy

Course transfers to alternative dates may be available subject to availability and a $25 AUD administrative fee. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original course start date.

Student Responsibilities

Attendance and Participation

  • Regular attendance is essential for course completion
  • Active participation in exercises and discussions is expected
  • Notify instructors in advance of any planned absences
  • Complete all assigned exercises and assessments

Professional Conduct

Respectful Behavior

Treat instructors and fellow participants with courtesy and respect

Technology Use

Use devices appropriately and avoid disruptions during training sessions

Confidentiality

Respect the confidentiality of other participants' personal sharing and progress

Punctuality

Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled sessions

Intellectual Property

Voltadiste Content

All course materials, training content, methodologies, and resources provided by Voltadiste are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may:

  • Use materials for personal learning and development
  • Reference techniques learned in professional settings
  • Retain course materials for future personal reference

Students may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
  • Use our training methodologies for commercial training purposes
  • Share digital resources with non-enrolled individuals
  • Modify or create derivative works from our materials

Student-Generated Content

Any recordings, assessments, or materials created during courses remain the property of the student, but we may use anonymized examples for educational purposes with prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

Our training services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or career advancement results.

Exclusion of Damages

Our total liability to any student shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the specific course in question.
